Gender equity is an atmosphere and a reality where distribution of overall athletic opportunity and resources are proportionate to women and men and where no athlete is discriminated against in any way in any athletic program on the basis of gender.
BCSN believes that focusing on gender equity athletic training for female athletes is not only necessary, there is also a vast untapped market that can pay for the facility and professional resources. BCSN is committed to providing parents information regarding the opportunities that Title IX provides female athletes.
