VISION

GENDER EQUITY

The Blue Chip Sports Network Gender Equity Commitment

Gender equity is an atmosphere and a reality where fair distribution of overall athletic opportunity and resources are proportionate to women and men and where no athlete is discriminated against in any way in any athletic program on the basis of gender.

One of our key focuses of the Blue Chip Sports Network is sports leadership.  We will have a professional staff coordinating our girls athletic training and competition.  We are looking to build a regional sports complex to run sports leadership camps will be offered to junior and senior high girls.  Once the BCSN indoor facility is open we will be the home of the Lisa Foss Girl's Basketball Academy.  BCSN will also have a professional staff providing training and instruction in the Girls Softball Academy.

BCSN is committed to providing parents information regarding the opportunities that Title IX provides female athletes.
