Gender equity is an atmosphere and a reality where distribution of overall athletic opportunity and resources are proportionate to women and men and where no athlete is discriminated against in any way in any athletic program on the basis of gender.
BCSN believes that focusing on gender equity athletic training for female athletes is not only necessary, but it is also a vast untapped market will enhance the bottomline of a facility. We are looking to help build a regional sports complex to run sports leadership camps will be offered to both junior and senior high boys and girls. These week-long and weekend sports leadership camps can be conducted for baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball and lacrosse.
BCSN is committed to providing parents information regarding the opportunities that Title IX provides female athletes.
