The BCSN vision is to create sports leadership programs and build a youth sports complex operated by senior mentors for the purpose of teaching and fostering life skills and showcasing amateur athletes. This facility will be a year round, world class athletic training academy and competition center, where amateur athletes will come from all over the country to train and compete.

BCSN is planning to conduct week-long sports leadership camps in the which will focus on life lessons as well as athletics. BCSN is currently sourcing locations to build an indoor facility as its home base. BCSN would like to locate this facility in a location that is a family-friendly vacation destination. When the regional and national events are held at this facility, BCSN will offer special discounted lodging and attraction packages to families who want to travel with their athletes. This opportunity will not only afford the families a chance to watch their athletes in action, but also experience the sites and attractions of our destination at a discounted rate.

Ideally, BCSN will secure and build the youth sports complex on 50+ acres of land. This would enable BCSN to bring baseball and softball teams in from all over the country April through Mid-October. This additional tournament activity will account for thousands of more hotel rooms being occupied during these months. Once the location of the BCSN youth sports and entertainment complex is determined - BCSN will apply for various grants as this project will have a significant economic impact on Illinois. The sports leadership camps will expand and include week long outdoor camps for softball, baseball, soccer and lacrosse.

Once these facilities are completed BCSN will conduct local programs that feature a basketball, volleyball, softball and baseball academy and be available for other unique venues. In addition, BCSN will make the facility available for charity events sponsored and planned by other charitable organizations. The facility would also be rented out to private organizations for their competitions and events when it is not in use.
An integral part of BCSN's strategy when it is conducting these leadership camps outside the Midwest region is to recruit and train local people to continue conducting BCSN's sport leadership camps and programs in their community.
